web design community
Seriously, what has become of the web design community? There’s all this drama, bashing, and just plain stupidity going on all over it’s enough to drive people insane. What’s sad is that it’s usually the same people who are always involved. Makes me want to go back to the times when people weren’t all anal about coding and shit, or get all emo over some small thing. Like, what is up with that? Especially the people who are all about coding and validating their sites without realizing that their designs look like complete shit. Why can’t people learn to balance between the two instead of going to the extremes?
Then there are the people who get so uptight about every little detail it pisses the crap out of me. WTF, it’s web design, not some multi-million dollar project. It’s not the end of the world if people use pixel stretches or brushes. Yes, it’s not creative or original, but take the stick out of your ass and let people enjoy their hobbies for once (unless they’re charging for the design, then that’s a totally different issue).
Why can’t people just design in peace? Hell, I know I shouldn’t be talking since I’m making this post, but after seeing so much stupidity going on I had to let it out. Might suffocate and die if I don’t.
