Alpine Industry
The alpine industries is basically ski and snow sports industry and the summer uses of the Alps, with the word “alpine” meaning from the Alps. Like many other industries, the alpine industry throughout its course will face many different legal issues, from site acquistion to land rights to construction and much more. Hunt & Hunt has established a group that focuses just on the alpine industries, with lawyers who have thorough understandings of the industry and uses of the alps during snow season and off season. Hence the group will be experienced and can offer practical and realistic approaches to the client’s problems.
This group has worked with contractors, developers, ski lodges, and many others in the alpine industries. Some of the issues they have solved include environmental concerns, media and advertising issues, construction and design contracts, risk assessments, insurances related to the alpine industries (like premise liabilities, injuries, equipment maintenance, collisions, etc), and much more.
